Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Sofi&Co Family! We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. 

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic & International Shipping Rates
• United States: We offer Free Shipping on all US orders. Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after processing.
• International Shipping: We ship worldwide (including Indonesia and Europe). Shipping rates and delivery estimates for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination.

3. Shipment Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Duties and Taxes (For International Orders)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sofi & Co Family is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
